Refund Policy

If your Fine Art Reproduction or Original is damaged when you receive it please send an email within 24 hours to sally@portraitsthatbite.com.au and include photos of packaging and the damaged product.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order we are happy yo refund your money once the order has been safely received back by us. Packaging, insurance and freight is at the expense of the buyer returning the artwork to us.
