New Pet Portrait Style - Al Capone

Using acrylic paints with mixed media such as texture paste, stencils, glitter and gold leaf is so much fun that I decided to re create a pet portrait from a past pet portrait commission using this technique.

The result is "Al Capone".

The result is very rewarding and I now plan to offer pet portrait commissions in this new way as well as the pastel version.

In addition, I will be offering a Workshop for students to learn how to create a portrait of their own pet using the acrylic mixed media method. This will be available as an online tutorial first to be followed by in class workshops at a later date.
